Mammertsberg – Switzerland
In the picturesque landscape of Mammertsberg, Switzerland, a classic Swiss Villa, built in 1911 with sweeping views of Lake Constance has been transformed into a culinary haven by Space Copenhagen.
The project by the danish design studio was aimed at integrating the original architecture of the chalet with a new internal spatial conformation to accommodate the hotel, the restaurant and the six adjacent rooms.
Space Copenhagen has worked with the existing classical proportions of the space, with its high ceilings, generous openings and panelled walls, to create a warm and embracing restaurant to enjoy Silvio Germann’s vibrant culinary talents, the chef who took over the management of the historic property together with the esteemed starred chef Andreas Caminada.
RODA outdoor furniture furnishes the restaurant’s outdoor area, integrating perfectly with the lush surrounding nature.
