Identità Golose, in cooperation with San Pellegrino, sets up for the 6 months of Expo Milano a temporary restaurant which will involve many of the most brilliant stars of the gastronomic world: It will be a unique and ambitious initiative which will give prestige to the high Italian cuisine, projecting it in the international dimension where it belongs.
The elegant spaces has been created by famous names of the italian design: the furniture project was directed by Giulio Cappellini, the lights have been designed by Davide Groppi, the furniture of the outdoor has been realized by RODA garden furniture and Emanuele Bortolotti AG&P, the professional kitchens are Marrone and the area for the cooking show has been designed by Valcucine. Everyday for lunch and dinner it will be possible to taste the dishes cooked by the most famous Italian chefs and by an extraordinary selection of successful chefs coming from all over the world.
