Apartment with a view in Dubai – United Arab Emirates
A state-of-the-art apartment reveals the quintessence of Italian elegance within its walls. The interior design project of this 900-square-meter, two-level apartment in Dubai was curated by Studio D73, chosen to bring its unmistakable Italian style interpreted in a modern and innovative key.
The goal was to create an elegant yet relaxing environment that instantly communicates timeless tranquility, while also creating a strong connection between the interior spaces and the external panorama.
For the creation of custom-made furniture and personalized solutions, the collaboration with Palazzo Morelli was chosen, a company already operating in the area and specialized as a fit-out contractor. The final result is a redesign where Italian luxury meets the cutting edge of design.
For the furnishing of the large terrace, RODA’s outdoor collections were chosen. The space was divided into two areas: one dedicated to relaxing living, characterized by TEKA sofas, the ARENA daybed, and ORSON sunloungers; the other designed for convivial moments, with the welcoming presence of the BRICK table along with PIPER chairs.
The materials and fabrics were selected in natural tones and finishes, a combination that creates an intimate and luxurious atmosphere.
