Joe Apartment – Uruguay
Joe Apartment is a new project by Francesc Rifé Studio and Majo Delgado. Francesc Rifé, interior and industrial designer, founded his own studio in Barcelona. Influenced by minimalism and following a familiar tradition linked to craftsmanship, his work focuses on ways of approaching spatial order and geometric proportion.
The silence and visual balance of the materials are evident in this new dwelling in Punta del Este, Uruguay. A design marked by the impressive views of the sea from one of its facades, and the natural oak wood, used as a structural and decorative element throughout the entire apartment.
The large outdoor terrace, directly connected to the open space, is furnished with HARP lounge chairs and DANDY upholstered sofa. The simplicity of the landscape invites to rest, immersed in a serene atmosphere.
